Payroll Officer - 12 month FTC

Job Description

Based in the HelloFresh Sydney Campus, the Payroll Officer will report to the Payroll manager and process fortnightly & monthly payrolls for the HelloFresh Group across Australia and New Zealand

You will…

  • Process End-to-end payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis for approximately 650 employees across multiple entities
  • Process superannuation, PAYG and other payroll related deductions
  • Analyse and validate time & attendance records, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards and legislation
  • Prepare final payment calculations, workers compensation and other adhoc pay calculations
  • Maintain employee data accuracy across multiple systems
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Modern Awards 
  • Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for payroll queries
  • Partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders on a day to day basis
  • Assist the payroll manager with adhoc tasks and duties as required

You have…

  • Minimum 2 years experience with high volume end to end payroll processing
  • Experience and knowledge of Modern Awards, preferably the Storage Services and Wholesale Award
  • Experience in ADP Payforce, ADP Realtime (Kronos Workforce Ready) is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of end to end payroll and its complexities
  • Strong analytical background and proficient Excel skills including the use of Vlookups, Pivot tables etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with both an autonomous and a team player attitude

Start Date: Immediately available - can wait a notice period.

Duration: Fixed Term 12 month Full-Time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia

Location: Chippendale Head Office - Hybrid working environment
