Payroll Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Ownership of the end-to-end payroll process , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness – all also in coordination with outsourcing vendors (PEOs\EORs).
  • Prepare and support the monthly payroll process, including preparation of the monthly payroll information, approval of the monthly pay slips, reconciliation, preparation and posting of the monthly payroll entry in NetSuite.
  • Ensure all payments to employees and payroll related institutions are made on time and accurately.
  • Working with local payroll agencies to ensure payroll compliance with company policy, with local tax legislation and on-time reporting and payments to local Social Security and Tax authorities.
  • Serving as the main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for all payroll-related matters and employees’ related inquiries.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience leading Payroll and related processes in complex, rapidly and hyper-growth Global International Tech Companies.
  • A problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively. Experience with executing automation projects and integrations to streamline the payroll process
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in working with local payroll agencies throughout the EMEA region
