This role will be responsible for the accurate and successful implementations of our Managed Payroll customers.
The Payroll Implementations Consultant functions as the subject matter expert (SME) of our EH Payroll platform, as well as any HR to Payroll workflows that their project team is responsible for.
The Payroll Implementations Consultant is responsible for communicating configuration and customer requirements for the payroll platform and ensuring relevant deliverables are met to provide successful delivery of the system implementation.
The Payroll Implementations Consultant is expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) of all Managed Implementation Payroll processes, including how the HR and Payroll platforms function together and customer solution options across both platforms.
This role relies on you building a reputation as a trusted advisor and consultant both with the customer and within the Managed Implementation team. Ensuring a positive customer experience is of utmost importance.
The Payroll Implementations Consultant will be working across multiple concurrent projects of a complex and high value nature, alongside being a point of contact as an SME. This means you will need excellent time management and prioritisation skills to be successful in this role. Further to this,, you will need to be able to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.
You will report to the Payroll & Implementations Team Lead (SEA). In this role you will be responsible for staying across process changes and supporting the roll out, change management and adoption across the team.
