We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst with 7 years of experience to handle payroll processes, primarily focusing on USA payroll with knowledge of international payroll practices. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing payroll compliance, remittances, and interacting with third-party vendors. This role will ensure accurate payroll processing, assist in payroll-related queries, and support audit processes.
 
What you’ll do:  
 
  • USA Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for the USA, ensuring compliance with company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • International Payroll Support: Assist in managing payroll for international regions, ensuring all payments are processed in accordance with local laws.
  • Statutory Compliance & Remittances: Ensure payroll complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including handling payroll taxes, deductions, and statutory filings.
  • Vendor Interaction: Work closely with third-party payroll vendors, providing data, ensuring service accuracy, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Employee Support: Respond to and resolve payroll-related questions and discrepancies from employees, ensuring timely clarification.
  • Payroll Accounting: Assist in recording payroll-related transactions in the general ledger and ensure payroll expenses are accurately accounted for.
  • Stock Option Expertise: Accurately calculating and administering employee stock options, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.Audit Support: Help prepare payroll documentation and reports for internal and external audits, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze payroll data for accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting efforts.
 
What you’ve done:   
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll processing, with strong focus on USA payroll.
  • Knowledge of international payroll and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel.
  • Experience with payroll software and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of USA payroll regulations, tax remittances, and statutory filings.

  • Experience working with multinational payroll operations.
  • Working experience with ADP and Shareworks (Solium) for Equity and PIUs, proficiency in payroll software and ERP systems.
  • Prior experience supporting payroll audits and ensuring compliance.
  • Willingness and ability to pick up new stuff with good attitude
