Paymode Pricing Analyst

The Role

We are looking for Paymode Pricing Analyst to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH or remote. As a member of Paymode Business Solutions team you are responsible for supporting data driven analysis that drives profitable growth of Paymode. A Pricing Analyst evaluates datasets, identifies network matches and categorizes vendors to predict opportunities. They work ‘with and for’ the Sales teams to develop how Paymode is the solution to Pay and Get Paid. Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to, accountability for accuracy in validating information, meeting critical deadlines, and other necessary services to ensure a high level of data accuracy and customer satisfaction. Individuals are encouraged to think creatively, identify, and address nuances, and make routine decisions.

How you'll contribute:

• Provide support with Paymode Pricing requests received from the Bottomline Sales team and partners.
• Perform Vendor analysis for potential Paymode customers, based on industry standards and business guidelines.
• Identify and communicate analysis findings to internal Sales teams and external channel partners.
• Facilitate customer data exchange and vendor list management through communication with multiple teams.
• Log and store requests, files, file details, and analysis findings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis requests that support the Pricing Team.

What will make you Successful

• College degree in business, finance, accounting or other related technical field. In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of (2) years of additional relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Excel – standard data management using excel, excellent with writing formulas.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Balance multiple priorities and adaptable to change.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
• Ability to manage deadlines. 1+ year of experience in an analyst role is preferred.
