What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for an Operations Specialist based in Brazil to join our Operations Payins team. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure our operations run smoothly and that all the processes are optimized, internally and externally.
What will I be doing?
- Analyze performance results and promote optimizations to get the best conversion rates related to APM (Alternative Payment Methods) such as Pix, Boleto, etc.
- Recommend solutions: based on the research and analysis, make presentations and reports that support the recommended solutions to the identified problems and concerns.
- Work closely with the rest of the company to make their life easier, by providing the information they may need, such as transaction information, feedback from our local providers, and analysis of the current issues that may be affecting our clients and our local processes (Audit, BackOffice, etc).
- Identify problems, operational issues, and potential concerns.
What skills do I need?
- Deeply knowledge and Proven experience working with APM (Alternative Payment Methods)
- Someone open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams worldwide.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Observant profile to determine where the flaws lie (attention to detail).
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
- SQL is nice to have.
- Spanish is a big plus.
