Payments Relationship Officer

We're looking for Payments Relationship Officer  to join our amazing finance team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the department such as assist/execute on the daily payments process/trace of payments,
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Banks/EMI’s.  Assisting with the preparation of bank forms for all group companies,
  • Arranging for execution, certification and apostille of documents. Handle the annual reviews by existing banks. This requires keeping up to date with all relevant KYC and corporate documentation, which must be provided in a timely manner,
  • Collaborate with various internal departments including Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT to ensure seamless operations,
  • Communicate relevant banking-related information, recommendations, and updates to key stakeholders,
  • Analyse banking products and services to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. Knowledge of banking regulations,
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or in a local banking institution,
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both verbal and written,
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team, as well as individually, in a fast moving environment,
  • Communication skills
  • Advance excel knowledge will be considered as an advantage,
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
