Payments & Cash Operations Service Owner

The Wealth Products team delivers solutions to the financial departments of our customers – banks and financial institutions worldwide. Your key tasks

  • Define, drive and document a service blueprint in the area of Payments & Cash Operations
  • Requirement analysis and creation of specifications together with software developers, partners and customers
  • Supporting developers during implementation
  • Acting as the contact person concerning functional questions
  • Supporting consulting projects, project implementations and sales workshops
  • Follow and understand the end-to-end solution, including the know-how on banking and backend solution
  • Strong experience of working within payments & cash operations, preferably in the banking field
  • Experience as business analyst or similar role in the software industry
  • Modelling know-how and/or customization experience of the Avaloq Core Banking solution in payments & cash operations area 
  • You are an open-minded, team-oriented, and communicative personality who is eager to learn and to take on new challenges
  • Professional communication skills in English and strong analytical abilities and high-quality awareness with a structured and autonomous approach to work
  • Ability to understand, abstract, and specify banking processes and requirements

It would be a real bonus if you have 

  • University or FH degree in banking / economics or equivalent experience (e.g. chartered accountant, expert in Accounting and Controlling)
