What We're Looking For

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and acts on new business opportunities.
  • Help design solutions that enable prospects and CRB to achieve their financial goals
  • Negotiates contract terms with new clients.
  • Solicits new business and participates in community or other service programs to develop goodwill.
  • Identifies customers' needs and presents products and services that meet those needs. Completes sales transactions or refers customers to appropriate bank associates. Accomplishes these duties while following bank policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates personal commitment to excellence in sales and service to customers and other employees.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Typically, 7+ years’ experience with bachelor’s or equivalent
  • Experience in Payments required; acquiring, BaaS and ACH is a plus
  • Familiarity selling complex sales solutions to start-ups through enterprise clients.
  • Navigating extended sales cycles to balance relationship management and speed to revenue.
  • Ability to partner with modelers to position, propose and price agreements that benefit the partner and create financial success.
  • Familiarity with Payments program management, processing or related payments leveraged technologies a plus.
  • Candidate should have a firm grasp of the essential risk management principles that would apply to banking regulations (AML, OFAC, Bank Sponsor FBO accounts, etc.).
  • Experience utilizing SalesForce CRM

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree required (engineering, math, or other technology) from top tier program, MBA Preferred.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
