Based in full-time position in Amersham initially during training before moving to hybrid.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join our Payments Team as a Payments Administrator. Working closely with the Payments Team Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team’s smooth operation and ensuring excellent service delivery.

As a Payments Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers with their questions and ensuring they have a seamless experience. You’ll manage day-to-day tasks such as handling queries via email and phone, taking payments, and assisting customers with their questions about their private health payments and coverages. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining smooth operations within the team, from managing correspondence to supporting various administrative activities. This is a customer-focused role where your professional and friendly approach will help create a positive and efficient experience!

Requirements

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to build on their existing skills and take on a role they can truly make their own. We’re seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is ready to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for customer service and professional telephone manner.
  • An interest in working with people to good all-round IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (excel).
  • Strong organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Previous office experience (preferred but not essential).
