● Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
● Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
● Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of payment specialists
● Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
● Experience with reconciliation, dispute resolution, and chargeback management
● Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and databases
● Ability to understand business operations and their impact on the finance team
