You’ll be responsible for tracking our payment processes ont the website.
- Screening the genuineness of incoming payment transactions
- Maintaining historical databases of fraudulent events to support future monitoring activities.
- Taking action to prevent financial loss to operator and to keep Chargeback percentages at an optimum level.
- Chargeback handling (Restricting member accounts, communicating the debts, aiding the settlement process, data gathering for Re-Presentments)
- Background analysis of high risk transaction events.
- Analysing patterns of fraudulent events and initiate solutions to prevent fraud
- High school graduation
- Native Hungarian language is a must
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility when it comes to working hours, as our shifts can be day or night
- Customer service experience considered as a plus
- We're offering a range of 520,000 HUF - 570,000 HUF (gross/month) for this position
