Payment Analyst, ICHRA Operations - Temporary

We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.   A Little More About The role: We’re looking for a Temporary Payment Analyst, ICHRA Operations to join our ICHRA Operations team.  This individual will be primarily focused on ensuring our ICHRA member’s monthly premium payments are made to carriers timely and accurately. Primary responsibilities include maintaining monthly payment reporting, submitting payments, setting up autopay, and outreaching to carriers for payment issue resolution. This individual will need to be detail oriented and take pride in bringing resolution to complex payment issues. This is a temporary 3-month role with possibility for extension based on business needs.   You will: ●      Research member-level payment issues and coordinating resolution. ●      Monitor monthly ongoing carrier payments. ●      Manage SEP (Special Enrollment Period) carrier payments and autopay setup. ●      Maintain SOPs for carrier payments. ●      Coordinate with other Operation teams to make sure Gravie’s clients are set up properly in Gravie’s systems ●      Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome oriented. ●      Execute and track carrier-level binder payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ●      Onboard new Easy Enroll carrier payment processes.           You bring: ●      College or University Degree or equivalent work experience ●      1 year of relevant work experience preferably in financial operations, payments, or health benefits administration. ●      Proficient in Excel and technology (V-lookups; pivot tables, etc.) ●      Ability to work in cross functional teams to provide solutions ●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. ●      Excellent organizational and time management skills. ●      Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and deliverables. ●      Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with carriers and internal teams.   Extra credit: ●      Previous start up company experience Pay is $24/hour.
