The opportunity: Patient Navigator Lead
As a Patient Navigator Lead at myTomorrows, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Patient Navigators. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring patients receive personalized navigation through clinical trials and expanded access programs, connecting them with potentially lifesaving therapies. You will collaborate closely with all stakeholders in the Operations team and with your data driven approach ensure we can help as many patients as possible in finding the right treatment option for them.
What you will do in this role:
Overseeing daily patient navigation operations, with a focus on delivering pre-screening and triaging services for our Biopharma clients.
Managing and developing the team and delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders.
Strategically planning and executing individual team growth plans.
Increasing conversion rates to support our business objectives and revenue.
Optimizing processes and maximizing operational efficiency.
Collaborating with the Growth department to drive effective marketing and outreach activities.
Providing support for business development.
Providing input to the Product department from a patient and Patient Navigator perspective to continuously improve our platform.
