Role Overview

We are seeking a Patient Enrollment & Engagement Lead to drive our patient acquisition and engagement strategies in Northern California. With a primary focus on our successful partnership with a comprehensive healthcare system. This role will be instrumental in scaling our patient network and ensuring successful engagement with our StrivePD platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead patient enrollment strategies and execution for the Northern California region, with particular focus on our existing network

- Build and maintain relationships with movement disorder specialists, neurologists, and other healthcare providers to drive patient referrals

- Partner with our clinical team to develop compelling provider education programs about StrivePD's benefits and implementation

- Collaborate with our partnership teams to identify and engage high-risk patient populations

- Create and execute strategies to engage the broader Parkinson's patient community through advocacy groups and support networks

- Monitor and analyze enrollment metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize our approach

- Work closely with our patient support team to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained engagement

- Develop and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups and community organizations

- Collaborate with our clinical advisors to ensure effective communication of clinical outcomes and benefits

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in healthcare patient acquisition and engagement, preferably in digital health or chronic disease management

- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and health system stakeholders

- Experience working with large healthcare systems, preferably those based in NorCal

- Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and pain points

- Excellent project management and analytical skills

- Deep empathy for patients and their caregivers

- Bachelor's degree required

Desired Experience

- Clinical background or significant experience working closely with clinical teams

- Experience with Parkinson's disease or movement disorder patient populations

- Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management

- Background in implementing digital health solutions in clinical settings

- Experience with patient education and engagement programs

- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements

- Track record of collaborating effectively with clinical advisors and medical staff

Success Metrics

- Achievement of quarterly patient enrollment targets

- Provider adoption and referral rates

- Provider and patient satisfaction scores

Compensation

- Base salary: $130,000 - $175,000

- Bonus target up to 50%

- Equity eligible

Location

San Francisco Bay Area based within office meetings as needed (approx 1 day/week), with regular travel throughout Northern California
