About the role:

Join our dynamic marketing team at Enova as a Marketing Senior Analyst. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving new customer growth through our partnerships with lead providers and affiliates. We're seeking a data-driven marketer to build and maintain relationships with these third-party vendors, analyze performance, and implement strategies for improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze existing campaign data to provide insightful reporting and offer data-driven recommendations, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage new customer acquisition campaigns, fostering relationships with lead providers and affiliates through weekly status reports and meetings.
  • Make recommendations and drive optimizations to boost volume and customer quality.
  • Regularly monitor performance, negotiate advertising agreements (payout terms, rates, placements, filters, etc.), and respond promptly to opportunities or issues.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, presenting weekly reporting updates and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives.
  • Manage invoicing, partner payouts, and support product launches.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in marketing or business with an analytical background.
  • Proficient in MS Office and visualization tools, with strong analytical and reporting skills (SQL preferred).
  • Self-starter with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and improve processes.
  • Expertise in project management with the ability to set and adhere to realistic timelines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
