About the team
Partnerships is a global team that is part of the central Marketing organization. The objective is to build commercial relationships with individuals and companies to accelerate ZOE’s goals, including driving brand awareness, sales, and member benefits. This can range from working with brand ambassadors, co-marketing with consumer brands, retail or B2B distribution, and integrated science/product partnerships. For the US market, this could involve exploring partnerships with food providers, grocery retailers, adjacent brands in health & leisure, and healthcare practitioners/insurers.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team to build and scale our US market through marketing and strategic commercial partnerships. This role reports to the Head of Partnerships and will have a dotted line to the US GM, working cross-functionally with the US team, marketing, product, science, legal, finance, and operations. This will be an individual contributor role with significant responsibility for business development, commercial negotiations, and program management of key initiatives.
You will be…
- Working with senior stakeholders to define the strategy and roadmap for US partnerships
- Identifying a target list of industries and partners through desktop and user research, based on member needs and company objectives
- Leading cross-functional program management across the partnership lifecycle (sourcing, deal execution, and go-to-market)
- Owning the development of proposals for new partnerships and quick execution of complex, multifaceted deals, including legal documents and financial modeling
- Building long-term relationships and managing existing partnerships to monitor success, maximize value, and drive ongoing growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and science to drive alignment on deal strategy, utilizing data and articulating trade-offs

- Have experience in a similar role (partnerships, strategy, business/corporate development) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment or in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
- Have a bias for action, are quick to find context/information to drive decision making, and are willing to take a ‘test and learn’ approach
- Have strong analytical abilities combining marketing, strategy, finance, and legal concepts for complex deals
- Are an articulate and confident communicator with experience pitching to large organizations and at a C-level
- Are a collaborative team player, able to build trust and maintain strong relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders
