We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.

As the Partnerships Manager you will be working closely alongside the Head of Marketing, Head of PR and wider Commercial team, this role is required to strategically lead on the creation and development of INEOS Automotives partnership offering. This role will see management of global partnerships but will also require close working with regional teams as they develop local level partnerships and reporting into INEOS Group on Automotive assets.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee and lead on the development and delivery of all INOES Automotive partnerships and assets with the support of the Partnerships Specialist
- Increase the database leveraging partnership assets and develop a strategy to keep them engaged towards a future purchase.
- Work with INEOS Automotive and wider INEOS team to integrate a measurable social media strategy related to assets and partnerships, working alongside the social and content team.
- Ensuring INEOS Automotive and INEOS Group activities and stakeholders are aligned and clear objectives are set for both parties.
- Take ownership by identifying partnerships that fit the brand and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match the brand image, increase further awareness and eventually sales.
- Working with Regional teams, choosing affinity partners that are like-minded and have common interests that can be combined to increase interest and brand awareness.
- Take lead in developing the Grenadier’s involvement with other events and businesses among the wider INEOS Group.
What we are looking for:
- Undergraduate degree level education preferred
- 4+ years’ experience managing a partnership portfolio with a variety of global stakeholders and events. TV&Film Partnerships experience advantagieus.
- Project management experience and working towards tight and flexible deadlines
- Budget management experience essential
- Great cultural awareness across different markets
- Analytical and data orientated
- Knowledge and experience of integrated marketing is essential
- Experience in the automotive sector or similar engineering led organisation is useful but not essential
- Proven ability of working as part of an OEM’s partnership development programme and demonstrable knowledge to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing
- Cultural awareness across global markets.
