We are seeking a strong North American Partnerships Manager to grow and conduct enablement for our network of partners. You will report to the VP of Sales & Success. Your primary responsibility will be to generate partner qualified leads (PQLs). Your other responsibilities will include conducting partner enablement sessions, hunting for new strategic partners, and working with our other Hubstaff teams to ensure we are being the best partner we can be.
What You’ll Do:
- Discover strategic partnerships. Identify remarkable companies who serve the remote work space and work to build successful partnerships with them.
- Manage relationships. Be the point person that sets partners up to successfully refer clients to Hubstaff to hit your quarterly qualified partner lead (QPL) targets.
- Enable partners. Create materials for and conduct enablement sessions with our partners.
- Deliver results. Work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Product & Engineering, and Operations departments to generate and close qualified partner leads.

- Experience operating within the HCM software landscape is preferred.
- Have worked at a software company and are comfortable being a part of technical conversations and conveying technical requirements to internal teams.
