Role Overview: Partnerships Manager


In the strategic role of Partnerships Manager, you will be the architect of our partner network, creating high-quality sales opportunities to drive our global growth. This role encompasses:

  • Identifying potential partners and presenting the BigChange value proposition, culminating in fruitful agreements.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships to achieve organic growth aligned with BigChange goals.
  • Serving as the primary contact for partners, striving for their success through your thorough understanding of our offerings.
  • Working closely with internal teams, ensuring partners receive the required support while being satisfied with our services.
  • Developing targeted marketing and sales collateral and using performance data to guide partners towards greater efficiency.

Requirements

    • Proven track record in SaaS new business roles, specifically with Mid-Market/Enterprise clients.
    • Demonstrable experience or strong interest in developing SaaS partnership channels.
    • Business development acumen, including cold calling.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills alongside our leadership principles: Think Big, Bias For Action, Deliver Results, Customer Obsession, BigOnEthics, and BigOnInclusion.
