About the Role 🚀

Location: Paris 9, France

In addition to its core sales channels, Bigblue is expanding through strategic partnerships with development agencies, marketing agencies, SaaS tools, and consulting experts. These partnerships are key to our growth, helping to drive new business, close deals faster, and build a thriving community around Bigblue.

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Bigblue’s growth by:
- Building and nurturing a network of partners to generate new opportunities and speed up deal closures.
- Representing Bigblue within the wider e-commerce ecosystem.

Missions

  • 1. Develop and Manage Partner Relationships:

  • Identify, approach, and recruit new partners through pitches, product demos, negotiations, and training.
  • Manage and engage with existing partners to foster long-term relationships.
  • Drive sales by generating SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and creating opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Track partner performance and keep activity dashboards up to date.
  • Organise internal training for staff and external training for partners.

  • 2. Support Marketing & Events Team:

  • Help plan and execute community events (afterwork socials, exclusive dinners, themed parties) focused on key e-commerce topics (e.g., acquisition, payment, conversion).
  • Prospect for new partners and secure sponsorships for events.
  • Develop collaborative initiatives with partners to generate revenue (webinars, business reviews, joint lead generation campaigns).

  • 3. Collaborate with the International Partnerships Team:

  • Share best practices with colleagues across regions to drive growth and achieve shared goals.
  • Provide support to teams in emerging markets such as Spain and Germany.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of indirect channel sales / partnerships management or complex sales experience
  • Relationship skills: You thrive from negotiating with market leaders and are excellent are creating long lasting relationships and managing partnerships
  • “Doer” mindset
  • Target driven, comfortable working with sales objectives and record of overachieving them
  • Highly standalone person, autonomous and reliable
  • Empathetic and solid situational intelligence
  • Fluent in French (or mother tongue) and proficient in English
  • Highly desired : a passion for e-commerce
