In the past few years, we’ve scaled our mortgage partnerships significantly; a large proportion of our mortgage revenue now comes from partner lead sources. This has seen us onboard large strategic partners such as Saga, Barratt and Aviva, as well as a number of affiliate partners.
We’re looking for a motivated, strategic operator, willing to roll up their sleeves and help us scale our partner acquisition to new levels. It’s fast paced; we now work with over 40 partners, each requiring an individual approach, and we’re chasing some big growth targets. For the right person, this role will offer opportunity, progression and a new challenge to get your teeth stuck into.
You’ll be reporting directly into our CMO Polly Gilbert, and working closely with CEO Richard Dana.
You’ll be tasked with:
Executing on our partnership growth plan to maximise revenue opportunity
Managing the day-to-day operations of our existing partners, from leading on monthly and quarterly management reviews to handling day-to-day data queries
Actively sourcing and winning new partner opportunities to meet growth targets
Leading on tender processes for new partner pitches, and presenting to key stakeholders
Increasing lead volume and engagement from existing partners, working to clear targets
Working with the wider marketing team to launch new assets and campaigns for partners
Analysing partner data to ensure each partner is delivering for the business, and we maintain a flow of quality leads
Managing the settlement process, paying out monthly commissions to partners
Optimising existing processes to make the partner process more efficient
You’ve led successful partnerships with bluechip organisations
Experience in fintech and/or mortgages & savings
You’re data-centric and tech savvy
You can work strategically in a fast-paced environment
