The Opportunity
The Partnerships Lead will lead brand partnerships vertical and will be responsible for its growth and
success. The key focus for the vertical is to create revenue generating partnerships with real estate
relevant brands and banks through advertising campaigns, events and other strategic collaborations.
You will be responsible for identifying synergies with brands, planning executions, acquiring and
maintaining relationships with the accounts.
The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for but not limited to:
● Identify opportunities of synergy with different brands and banks to create revenue generating
executions.
● Raise sponsorships for all Lamudi events and lead the monetization strategy for events.
● Creating a healthy sales pipeline so monthly, quarter and annual revenue targets are met for the
partnerships team.
● Work with the marketing team to develop and execute an outreach and communication strategy
to future and existing partners
● Expand our client base through cross-sell and up-sell.
● Maintain relationships with existing clients to create upselling opportunities.
● Identify and develop new product offerings that Lamudi can offer to potential partners
● Contribute towards the creation of profitable new event features.
● Monitor costs, invoices, and cash flow related to business line execution
● Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
● 5+ years experience with startups, platforms, digital marketing agency or related industries.
● 5+ years experience in B2B sales.
● Experience of selling advertising campaigns to brands is must.
● Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
● Excellent at building and maintaining client relationships
● Sales & negotiation skills
● Fluency in spoken & written English
● Works independently
● Works with a high level of energy
● Well organized & structured working style
