Aircall’s Partnerships team works on creating, nurturing and fostering relationships with other businesses in the pursuit of mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
To do just that, a Partner Account Manager at Aircall must be a great networker and a skilled communicator with the analytical skills of a consultant and an entrepreneurial mindset of a startup founder. They are at the same time business experts and people experts. Their conversations with partners are mostly driven by operational and strategic business topics circling around pipelines, leads, sales tactics, our integrations, customer value, customer satisfaction, workflows, sales KPIs and business plans.
As a Partner Account Manager Apprentice, our team will guide you towards becoming that profile.
About the role :
- Reaching out and initiating meaningful conversations with potential partners, including SaaS, SI’s and other consultants/resellers.
- Participate in the organization of marketing events and handling follow-ups.
- Oversee the backend process of our sales operations, where you will track and recover deals that bring additional revenue to the company.
- Understand, analyze and upscale existing processes towards operational efficiency based on relevant KPIs.
- Use Salesforce extensively for reporting, data analytics, and intelligence gathering in order to transform ideas into actionable processes.
- Provide and improve processes for cross-functional cooperation between the Partnership Team and other internal teams at Aircall (ex. Sales Marketing and Customer Success).
A little more about you:
- You have acquired -or are in the process of completing- a Bachelor’s/Master’ s Degree in Business & Management
- You are hungry to learn and are the hands-on learning type, feeling motivated by challenges and complexities
- Engaging, enthusiastic, analytical, and insightful are some of the words that describe you individually
- Teamwork, constructive collaboration and conversations matter to you
- You are a tech enthusiast, and have a clear interest in the SaaS ecosystem
- You have perfect English & French speaking and writing skills, an operational level of Spanish is a plus
- The Google workspace is familiar to you
Not musts but would be a big plus :
- Salesforce knowledge
- Prior internships or experience working in Business Operations / Business Development / Sales / Management or in a SaaS environment or Startup.
