Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to develop and execute our collaboration and partnership strategy from concept through to successful rollout. In this role, you’ll define the strategy, negotiate agreements, manage timelines, and oversee budgets, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. You will keep both internal and external stakeholders informed and aligned at every stage, driving impactful partnerships that meet Daily Paper’s goals.


Your responsibilities:

Strategy & Operations:

  • Develop and implement a Collab and Partnership strategy aligned with the brand strategy and company objectives and the unique brand DNA
  • Responsible for the build of yearly Collab and Partnership budgets including production costs, activation budget and content creation
  • Taking the lead on to ensure each collaboration has negotiated terms and a signed contract
  • Manage the yearly budget and forecasting for all in-season collaborations including production, content creation and activation ensuring we stay within the proposed budget
  • Establish and manage project timelines / deadlines and processes including planning documents and meeting structures
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure each team delivers according to deadline, this includes production, buying, finance, logistic teams and marketing
  • Develop and maintain relationship and communication with new and existing partners
  • Monitor performance across KPI’s and ROI and report back into relevant teams

Activations:

  • Create, implement and project manage ‘best in class’ 360 campaign approach for each Collab and / or Partnership
  • Responsible for production of launch events and activations which are part of a collab campaign including media planning and managing relevant agencies
  • Communicate with all internal stakeholders to make sure they are informed and briefed and receive Marketing assets to ensure a streamlined roll out
  • Maintain & support in partner relationships throughout the in-season project ensuring that all partner relationships are being well managed
