NFQ.email team is a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania with national rights to  represent Omnisend (Marketing Automation platform) among over 1000 national and international  accounts. Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, customer support, and  overall E-commerce business consulting.

Currently, we are looking for a Partnership Development Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for forging new partnerships and maintaining long-term professional relationships with them. 

In this role, you will

  • Implement a partnership program designed to establish and nurture profitable, strategic relationships with marketing and development agencies in the UK and USA markets
  • Proactively search for and assess potential partners that align with our strategic objectives. You will propose collaborations that leverage our services to their benefit
  • Use various communication methods: social media, email, and phone calls, to initiate and maintain contact with key stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Effectively articulate and demonstrate our value proposition to potential partners, highlighting the benefits of the partnership
  • Assist in partnership negotiations, ensuring agreements align with legal requirements and company objectives
  • Contribute ideas to improve and refine partnership development, focusing on maintaining and  acquiring new partners
  • Work closely with Sales team. Regularly prepare and present reports on the status and outcomes of partnerships to senior management

What you will bring

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership development or affiliate development
  • Proven understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries
  • Demonstrated success in initiating and developing B2B partnerships or sales through proactive outreach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, negotiate effectively, and build strong and long professional relationships
  • High-energy with a strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills and work using a structured process
  • Hands-on experience using a CRM system for documenting interactions
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Lithuanian communication

Salary range: € 2400 - 3600 gross / month
