MISSIONS

Train and support the partners:

  • Train analysts in our partners’ teams to use CybelAngel products, update their skills and level knowledge according to the evolution of our technologies and strategic developments; both for pre-sales usage and for the continuous monitoring service..
  • Coordinate the e-learning platform use, keep the content up-to-date;
  • Test and improve the training process with external partners
  • Provide statistics & data to our partners for their business reviews

Managing daily operations:

  • Follow-up the operations and service delivery with external partners:
    • Evaluate the correct usage by the partners, and give them assistance when needed
    • Handle POCs to prove value to potential partners
    • Through the analyst experience, oversee the Partners’ own POCs to help them extract the most of our tools
    • Help the partner and the final customer see the value of CybelAngel solutions, via customer success activities, such as EBR preparation, data analysis, etc. 
  • Act as a liaison between the partners and our internal teams (support, sales, product, data, engineering), and create processes between those teams and the partners.
  • Be the referent on partner usage of our solution inside CybelAngel, to be “the voice of the partner” on product evolution
  • Support the Channel Sales Team to create strong relationships and partnerships networks, thus support CybelAngel’s growth;
  • Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives to promote the partnerships (content, common webinars, events, etc.)

Requirements

  • French & English fluent
  • Good culture of IT/cybersecurity market and environments
  • Knowledge of CybelAngel existing platform (Toucan and Platform) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Both team player and autonomous, ability to work in a dynamic environment; ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel (from deep geeks to C-level execs)
  • Willing to discover the channel business development and international partnership strategy
  • Others soft skills: empathy, pedagogic, autonomy, proactivity, ability te create relationships
