THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partners Operation Manager to our Partner Operations team in São Paulo

This role is to join our Projects and Tools team within Partner Operations. Our team is responsible for developing process improvements and new tools to support our partners pillar. We are looking for efficiency and quality in our operations. You will be expected to contribute to projects that improve partner operations experience supporting discoveries through interviews, reading the documentation of the current processes, helping the team analyze root causes, testing hypotheses, and conducting the action points with the defined stakeholders to guarantee the results will be delivered. YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead, coach and develop a team with 3 very talented people by creating development plans and continuous feedback.
  • Manage team structure, scope and responsibilities, as well as goals, metrics and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, technical and non-technical, to get the deliveries in place, manage expectations and overcome objections.
  • Map improvement points and manage the backlog, while aligning with the internal needs and the available resources.
  • Review documents for improvements on processes, policies, and other definitions and to follow up on active projects and initiatives.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Must Have
    • Previous leadership experience.
    • Experience with project management and process improvement.
    • Advanced English skills to handle meetings with global stakeholders.
    • Experience with an office suite on a daily basis (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
    • Experience in navigating fast-paced environments such as startups or consulting firms.
    • Problem solving lover, very well organized person and with analytical skills.
    • Positive attitude: fostering a healthy environment is key.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Nice to Have
    • Previous experience working in business transformation projects.
    • Experience with quality management roles.
    • Coding skills are appreciated such as SQL JS or Python basics.
    • Knowledge about BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker and similar ones.
