The Partners Commercial Lead will spearhead developing and managing partnerships in the
market.
This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with key partners to drive
revenue growth and enhance the company’s market presence in the region.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Saudi and GCC markets, strong negotiation skills, and the
ability to manage complex partnerships.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that partnerships align with the company’s strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for securing and managing partnerships that align with business objectives.
● Identify and prioritize potential partners in the Saudi market, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
● Align partnership initiatives with the company’s long-term business goals, ensuring relevance and impact.
● Utilize deep market knowledge to identify opportunities for new partnerships that drive market penetration and revenue growth.
● Understand the regulatory landscape and cultural nuances in Saudi Arabia to ensure compliance and effective partnership strategies.
● Engage with local stakeholders and industry bodies to enhance the company's presence and reputation in the region.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the Saudi market, acting as the primary point of contact.
● Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that are beneficial to both the company and the partners.
● Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
● Work closely with local marketing, legal, finance, and product teams to ensure the seamless execution of partnership agreements.

Requirements
An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
