For one of our clients, we are looking for a Partner Team Manager, remotely from the United Kingdom.

As a Partner Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of field-based Senior Account Managers. You will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help your team meet and exceed their targets, driving both subscription and revenue growth. By fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring your team adheres to best practices, you will play a key role in the business's continued success. This position requires someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing talent, as well as the ability to manage pipelines and establish strategic plans.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, focusing on performance management, skill development, and career growth.
  • Set and uphold high standards by ensuring the team follows the established sales process, NEAT methodology, and CRM discipline.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to provide a clear and accurate view of ongoing opportunities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Partner Sales to create and implement strategic plans to meet business goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership, particularly in managing field-based sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the accounting and bookkeeping industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools to manage sales processes effectively.
  • Experience in performance management, professional skills development, and coaching within a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and coach teams to exceed performance goals.
