Partner Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager who is well-versed in the social networking niche. Currently, in an active growth phase, our product team is looking to expand with a specialist to join our existing worldwide team of six. We offer various collaboration options, including full-time, part-time, or project-based work.

In this role, you will

  • Build high-touch, consultative, and strong relationships with our partners through regular and open communications
  • Provide training and presentations on products, new features, and motivational plans
  • Train and onboard new partners
  • Assist existing partners with prompt replies, helping them fully utilize the platform’s functionalities, and handle payment issues, fines, and legal matters
  • Address all necessary issues across the company to ensure we meet customers’ demands (finance, legal, support) and help partners succeed in business development
  • Prepare recommendations for project performance improvements based on partner feedback

It’s all about you

  • English proficiency at B2-C1
  • 1 year experience in sales, account management, customer success, or similar roles
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders
  • Experience working with a streaming platformResult-oriented approach
  • Willingness and ability to address system-wide problems
  • Ability to work independently

  • Would be a plus
  • Familiarity with different CRM tools
  • Basic analytics skills in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude or Tableau
