Partner Success Manager

At HelloPrint, we’re shaping the future of customizable printed products, and our Partner Success Manager plays a critical role in driving the development and expansion of our European network of partners. With 10 categories and more than 700 product groups, our Supply & Partnership Team is the important driver behind the success of our platform. As Partner Success Manager, you’ll be the force behind expanding and strengthening our network, ensuring our platform thrives through solid partnerships and innovative products.

Your Role:

  • Network Expansion: Identify potential international partners, find the right local producers, and successfully onboard them to our platform.
  • Ownership of Partnerships: You’ll manage relationships, collaborations, and ensure smooth integration into our systems. You’re the go-to for any issues related to product quality, pricing, and supply chain challenges, escalating when necessary.
  • Entrepreneurial Impact: This role requires a proactive, communicative, and cooperative approach to drive growth. You’ll take ownership of your partnerships, working independently to scale our network across Europe.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Continuously compare HelloPrint's product offerings with competitors to identify market opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Account Management: Oversee partner relationships, managing quality, product offerings, pricing, and systems to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Partner Selection & Onboarding: Negotiate and onboard new producers for both existing and new product lines, ensuring smooth and successful collaborations.
  • Product Management: Manage product specifications by requesting, uploading, and optimizing product details, ensuring clarity and quality across the platform.
  • Product Launches: In partnership with Category Managers, help launch new products based on research, including initial marketing and promotional efforts.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess the performance of both products and partners, driving improvements and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Perform ongoing risk assessments of products, partner agreements, and the producer network to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.
