Responsibilities:
Partner Management
- Maintain strong relationships with current partners in Taiwan and APAC regions, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit.
- Drive revenue growth within existing partners through strategic upselling and identification of new sales opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide regular updates and reports to partners on their performance and progress.
- Result-driven to help our partners deliver their sales goals.
Support and Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support to partners, assisting them with any technical or operational challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners receive the necessary resources and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with partners to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Overseas Follow-up
- Track and follow up on overseas tasks and projects assigned by the management.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of tasks, providing regular updates to the management.
- Liaise with international teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Research and discover opportunities for new markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in cybersecurity services, including roles in cybersecurity assessment such as penetration testing or vulnerability assessment.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a partner-facing role, with a focus on team leadership, sales expansion, and technology adoption.
- Strong aptitude for exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- A curious and analytical mindset, ideally suited for fast-paced startup environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
