The Job in a Nutshell💡
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Partner Success Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners, resellers, and channel partners listed in our marketplace. This role focuses on partner support, education, and the development of co-marketing and co-selling initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, commercial value building, and a passion for nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships.
What Will You Do❓
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners, resellers, and channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Regularly communicate with partners to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration.
Partner Support and Education:
- Provide guidance and support to partners on product offerings, platform features, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on how to effectively utilize our solutions.
- Offer ongoing assistance and resources to ensure partners have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
Commercial Value Building:
- Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for revenue growth and value creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and offerings that align with partner objectives.
- Assist partners in developing pricing strategies, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
Co-Marketing and Co-Selling Initiatives:
- Ideate and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners.
- Coordinate with partners to develop co-branded marketing materials, case studies, and success stories.
- Collaborate on sales enablement initiatives, including joint sales training, collateral development, and lead generation efforts.
Integration Oversight:
- Collaborate with partners to ensure successful integration of their solutions with our platform.
- Coordinate technical assessments and provide feedback to internal team and partners on integration feasibility and improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise during and post the integration process.
What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science (or related field).
- 3-5 years proven experience in account management, partner management, product management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of commercial value building and partnership development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and the technical aspects of software applications.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Experience working with app marketplaces is a plus.
