Job Summary
Brave Health is seeking a full-time, remote Partner Success Coordinator for the Partnership team to engage prospective referrers, activate new referrers, and prompt engagement that will drive referral growth. In this role, you will report to the Partner Success and Marketing Operations Manager and work closely with Brave’s referral partners to create a great experience for everyone from health plan case managers to primary care providers who trust us with their patients. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outbound outreach via phone, SMS, and email to key partners and actively engage referrers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate activities for value-based pilot programs for Key Accounts, driving referral growth and overall partner success.
  • Lead virtual presentations and training webinars for partners, ensuring a consistent and impactful communication strategy.
  • Provide responsive support and solutions to partner escalations, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
  • Collect partner feedback and surface themes and insights with the team to continually enhance the partner experience and referral processes.
  • Process new patient referrals and create or update new patient accounts as needed. 
  • Learn and utilize new technology to optimize processes and systems as we scale to meet growing demand.
  • Contribute to the team training guides and process documentation for internal audiences 

Skills/Competencies  

  • Strong problem-solving skills to provide responsive support and effective solutions to partner escalations
  • Proficient in collecting and analyzing partner feedback to enhance the referral process and partner experience
  • Ability to utilize new technology to streamline processes and drive referral growth
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for clear and persuasive interactions with partners 

   Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, business development, sales, marketing, or program/operations role with a client or partner
  • Demonstrated success in executing campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Experience leading trainings, webinars, or giving presentations in a virtual environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar software
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environment
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
