What You Will Do

As Partner Strategy & Operations Manager, you will report to the VP of Ecosystem and support the growth of Moveworks’ partnerships program, a major focus area for the company. You will play a pivotal role in activating and developing partners of all types, including systems integrators, managed service providers, resellers, and hyperscalers. This is a rare opportunity to get involved in the emerging ecosystem surrounding the enterprise GenAI space. You’ll be joining a team that has high visibility and involvement from our executives, including the CEO. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, evaluating partnership opportunities, defining partner programs, and measuring and reporting on partner performance.

  • Take ownership over a set of partner relationships, handling communications, assessing their capabilities, and tracking their progress toward mutually defined goals
  • Build and operate an effective program for onboarding new partners, managing relationships, and measuring their performance
  • Coordinate activities between the sales, marketing, legal, professional services, and education teams to drive partner success
  • Analyze partnership opportunities across different regions and segments and develop a strategy for prioritization
  • Orchestrate key touch points between partner leadership and Moveworks senior leadership. You’ll be intimately involved in conversations, meetings, and deals with the largest and most exciting tech companies on the planet.

What You Bring To The Table

  • An excellent communicator who can make the complex simple. Someone comfortable presenting to all levels of executives and stakeholders.
  • An agile leader with strong project management skills, able to operate at all levels and manage by influence. This role will require you to dive into the details while simultaneously driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • A creative thinker who is not confined to a traditional approach, willing to explore new and/or unconventional strategies if the impact or doing so is greater than “doing what has always been done”.
  • A motivated high achiever who doesn’t mind putting in extra hours to prepare a key meeting for the CEO.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with change and ambiguity and has a bias toward action. You know all the buzzwords and frameworks, but avoid using them.
  • A lifelong learner who is eager to grow and innovate. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or other similar domains.
  • High proficiency in communicating complex ideas and data sets.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Takes initiative and is a self-starter with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team.
  • Experience working with customer and/or partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build capabilities in a fast-paced environment with evolving infrastructure.
  • Exceptional skills in prioritization, managing multiple projects, and fostering effective collaboration.
  • Expertise developing and delivering communications that help internal and external stakeholders understand our strategic direction, initiatives to achieve that strategic direction and progress against OKRs.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or other relevant subject area. An M.B.A. is a plus, but not required.

Base Compensation Range: $152,000 - $180,000

Compensation Structure: Base + Variable + Equity

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. 
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
