We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a strong pipeline of business opportunities through strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to collaborating with partners and our sales team to deliver effective learning technology solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute a strategic partner plan for the NA region that aligns with the company’s business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and enhance business growth.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure they are engaged and achieving their sales targets.
- Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-branded marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and promote Docebo’s products effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all partner activities and direct sales initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, providing guidance and support to enhance their sales activities and meet regional sales goals.
- Conduct regular reviews and report on the progress of partner activities, including pipeline management and revenue achievement.
- Represent Docebo at partner events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities within the region to adjust strategies as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or channel sales
- Must have previous experience in HCM or Learning tech
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the NA region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
