Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a strong pipeline of business opportunities through strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to collaborating with partners and our sales team to deliver effective learning technology solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities;

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner plan for the APAC region that aligns with the company’s business objectives and sales targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and enhance business growth.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure they are engaged and achieving their sales targets.
  • Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-branded marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and promote Docebo’s products effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all partner activities and direct sales initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance, providing guidance and support to enhance their sales activities and meet regional sales goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and report on the progress of partner activities, including pipeline management and revenue achievement.
  • Represent Docebo at partner events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities within the region to adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or channel sales in the software or learning technology industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional APAC regional languages is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
