Programs and Enablement Manager

As Cohere’s first Partner Programs and Enablement Manager, you will be at the heart of our partner ecosystem, designing, managing, and executing partner programs that engage, empower, and incentivize our partners. This includes creating and managing partner tiers, benefits, and onboarding processes, as well as developing comprehensive enablement content and training. You have built partner programs from the ground up and enabled different types of partners at scale (hyperscalers, consulting firms, ISVs, channels). You are an excellent communicator and collaborator who builds relationships across the company and with partners.

Please Note: We have offices in Toronto, San Francisco, New York City, and London but embrace being remote-first! We are looking for candidates based in Canada or the United States for this role.
