We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a global technology infrastructure team by managing high-impact programs that drive overall sales strategy and market engagement. This includes leading joint selling initiatives with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, coordinating efforts across internal teams, and ensuring successful execution of key business objectives. You'll engage with global partners to identify opportunities, connect sellers, and help guide the overall market approach by aligning cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of business/sales programs: Oversee the full program lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop project plans: Create comprehensive plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Foster collaboration across teams and ensure communication is seamless to drive project execution.
  • Monitor project progress: Track progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Maintain project governance: Establish and maintain communication channels and governance structures to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Adhere to best practices: Ensure all projects follow industry best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide project team members, promoting accountability and excellence.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations: Regularly review projects and conduct post-implementation evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future performance.
  • Engage with partners: Work with global partners on joint selling frameworks for Azure infrastructure, managing partnerships to support program execution.
  • Support program execution: Define requirements and orchestrate cross-organizational teams to close gaps in partnership with sales strategy leads.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing complex technology programs: Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing technology programs, ideally with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Microsoft Azure experience: At least 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, or a background in Azure and partner programs at Microsoft.
  • Project management experience: Proven ability to manage projects involving cross-functional teams and adhere to timelines and budgets.
  • Independent work ethic: Demonstrated ability to navigate and execute tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively interface with technical teams and stakeholders from project initiation through delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or PMI certifications: While not required, these certifications are preferred. 
  • Experience working at Microsoft: Direct experience with Microsoft Azure or other partner programs at Microsoft would be a significant plus.
  • Certifications: PMP or PMI certifications, though not mandatory, are highly valued.
  • Global program management experience: Experience managing global programs or working with international teams is a plus.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience: Experience in leading project teams and fostering a culture of excellence would be beneficial.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $75,000 to $85,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
