About the Role
The Partner Operations Manager will be crucial in managing and enhancing the operational aspects of Highspot’s partner programs. This role combines elements of program management, partner onboarding and partner marketing/enablement. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations, maintain and update partner integration information in our portal, and drive partner engagement through effective communication and event management

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Oversee all aspects of partner program operations, including program administration, managing applications, and handling the MNDA process. 
  • Partner Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 
  • Tech Partner Integration Portal: Add listings for new integrations and maintain listings for existing ones to ensure all of the assets (data sheets, videos, presentations…) are up-to-date. 
  • Data and Reporting: Conduct mapping and reporting using tools like Crossbeam and Reveal; administer and report on the referral program and integrations/marketplace adoption. 
  • Partner Hub Management: Build and manage the Highspot Partner Hub, creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOM) for Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners. 
  • Event Operations: Coordinate all operations related to partner-related events, such as Salesforce World Tours, Emblaze, Clari Dinners, and other sponsored events. This includes event sign-up and contracts, list imports and messaging to drive attendance. 
  • Collaboration and Planning: Work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Account Executives to understand context on accounts and deals; co-develop co-marketing plans with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in partner operations, program management, or a related field, ideally within the technology sector. 
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. 
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic business environment.
