THE ROLE
The Partner Operations Advisor plays an integral role in our Commercial organisation. Your role will involve seeking out opportunities to help improve the efficiency of our current teams and their processes through automation and more advanced tracking. You will be part of some key exciting projects for Carwow that are highly cross-functional giving you the opportunity to see all corners of the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead efforts to automate reporting processes and compile data for partner-facing collateral.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of partner operations and propose enhancements.
- Resolve complex partner enquiries via phone and email, including new user setup, usability questions, discount issues, and administrative tasks. Ensure timely resolution of all queries within targeted SLAs using Salesforce. Maintain comprehensive and accurate Salesforce data to support efficient workflow.
- Oversee the teams effort with acquisition of fresh stock from dealerships and manage manual stocklists, bespoke, and automated feeds. Map cars and ensure optimal stock ratios by maintaining high-quality stock data. Develop strategies to improve stock management processes and data quality.
- Lead the management of the carwow site’s merchandising, including colour mapping, new model launches, and quality assurance, to provide a superior consumer experience.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Leasing feeds in collaboration with Account Managers to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive and manage go-to-market proposals for Sale events, product updates, new propositions, and OEM communications for both internal teams and partners. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
