Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partner Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing our Market Development Funds (MDF) program, processing requests and claims globally, collaborating with Finance and Regional Partner Marketing teams, and supporting partner events coordination. The ideal candidate will help build a robust operational framework, ensure seamless lead uploading and reporting, and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for all partner inquiries related to MDF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global MDF program, including processing requests and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with MDF guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Regional Partner Marketing teams to facilitate timely approvals and payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner inquiries related to MDF.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to partners regarding MDF processes, status updates, and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain tools and systems for efficient MDF management and auditing purposes.
  • Maintain database, campaign trackers, budget sheet and SFDC with all partner marketing activity, including post event lead list uploads and ROI tracking/reporting for the channel and sales team.
  • Upload and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate regular reports on MDF utilization, lead metrics, and other key performance indicators.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Document processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the coordination of partner events, including logistics, vendor management, and communication.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses.
  • Provide training and support to partners on MDF processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, partner marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of MDF programs and partner marketing dynamics is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, lead management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in event coordination is a plus.
