As a marketing team, our job is to deliver best in class communications and frictionless customer journeys. We think creatively about how to have valuable conversations with our customers and make sure they understand our products.

You’ll join a dynamic, fast paced innovative team, made up of enthusiastic and experienced marketers. You’ll help us drive leads and revenue for the business through campaigns to prospects and customers. With exciting growth plans in Europe, we are looking for a driven marketer to join us.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join Liberis! This is a strategic role in our Marketing team with opportunity for huge impact. You’ll be focused on proactively identifying areas of opportunity within the portfolio, crafting compelling narratives to partners and driving forward growth initiatives. Working closely with the commercial team to leverage data and insights, you’ll have the autonomy to shape experimentation for acquisition marketing.

You’ll love this role if:

You like using insights to inform creative marketing strategies

  • You enjoy digging into the data and are curious about what it’s telling you. You use this as a foundation to brainstorm creative ways to engage customers and are excited by the idea of continuous optimisation.
  • You’ve got a generalist marketing skillset which allows you to be versatile

You enjoy bringing people around to your ideas

  • You want to collaborate with internal teams and partners alike and are comfortable influencing them to execute the biggest impact ideas.
  • You creatively and proactively problem-solve, finding new ways to get things over the line if your first attempt doesn’t work.

You want the autonomy to identify opportunities yourself

  • You’re an independent thinker and relish the chance to own projects end to end.

You thrive when organising yourself & others to deliver fast

  • You collaborate well with people and can cut through the noise to create a plan whilst bringing others on the journey with you
  • You know that working with partners means organisation and structure is important. You’re able to set up ways of working that encourage accountability and avoid grey areas.
  • You’re motivated by coaching others to achieve great results

You are happy with ambiguity

  • You like being in situations where you are thinking on your feet and helping out where it’s needed

Responsibilities

  • Managing the marketing relationships with our largest strategic partners in the UK
  • Building marketing strategies to drive growth across the partner portfolio, planning campaigns on a quarterly basis
  • Owning the test and learn agenda globally, ensuring collaborative team ways of working and driving a culture of continuous optimisation
  • Managing, coaching and developing Campaign Specialists to help you execute at pace
  • Roll out optimisations, best practice and learnings across the portfolio
  • Identify areas of opportunity and present to partners, gaining their buy-in and proving out your ideas then working closely with them to execute
  • Creating crisp, compelling materials as part of our consultative approach to partner marketing
  • Exploring underserved customer segments and coming up with ideas to drive penetration
  • Proposition development for multiple new product launches
  • Develop partner enablement tools to ensure excellent ways of working and efficiency

We think you’ll need

  • Experience in partnership management, key account, brand management or an agency role will be hugely beneficial
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns at a time
  • Great presentation and storytelling skills. Influencing both partners and internal stakeholders is a big part of the role
  • A drive to get things done. As a business we have a lot of opportunities. You’ll do well in this role if you grab some of them
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
