We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing relationships with trade associations, government entities, and media organizations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the event's success by orchestrating PR activities, securing high-profile speakers, and attracting VIP guests. Additionally, the Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and leverage company resources to maximize the event's impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade associations, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Foster strategic partnerships that enhance the event’s profile and reach.

Media Relations:
- Manage media relations, including negotiating barter deals and securing media partnerships.
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans to drive event awareness and coverage.

PR and Events Planning:
- Plan and execute PR events to promote the event and engage the target audience.
- Craft compelling press releases and coordinate with media outlets to ensure optimal coverage.

Speaker and VIP Acquisition:
- Source and secure high-profile speakers who are leaders and innovators in the targeted sectors.
- Attract and manage VIP guests, ensuring they have a seamless and engaging experience at the event.

Collaboration and Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with other events and teams within the company to align strategies and leverage internal resources.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive event execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, media relations, or event management.
- Strong network within the tech, energy, mobility or AI sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in planning and executing PR events and securing high-profile speakers.
- Language requirement: English and Mandarin, with Cantonese as a plus.
