Your Role
Zip is hiring an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to focus on driving revenue growth through impactful joint marketing efforts with both existing and new partners. If you're a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in partner marketing and a knack for driving demand and product marketing, we'd love to hear from you. You'll collaborate closely with partners, marketing, and sales teams to bring strategic campaign plans to life. We are looking for an individual, who will not only drive successful marketing activities with our partners but also shape our partner programs. The role calls for a self-starter who is a blend of being a growth hacker and data-driven marketer.
You Will
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth across our partner ecosystem by collaborating with existing and new partners to understand their business needs and identify co-marketing opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Prioritize partners to then build and execute a partner marketing playbook that codifies cross-functional support provided to our partners and aligns with overall business goals, with a calendar for internal visibility.
- Create and execute co-marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, seminars, conferences, content / email marketing, social and digital campaigns to drive pipeline creation.social activations. Manage budget and resources effectively.
- Create engaging materials for co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners, product marketing, and the content team such as pitch decks, one pager, and email cadences to support internal and partner enablement sessions.
- Develop and partner with the content and product marketing teams on crafting assets like whitepapers, case studies, co-branded e-books, blog posts, and webinars.
- Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to maximize revenue and increase sign-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and work closely with internal teams to integrate partners into our Go-To-Market strategy and campaigns.
- Measure and analyze the performance of co-marketing activities, identify areas for improvement, and communicate results. This includes analyzing data across multiple partners and their contributions to determine best partners and practices for making tangible actions to drive growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing partner marketing programs and building mutually beneficial relationships.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Willingness to take the lead, experiment with new program types, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and experience with partners.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and driving alignment across various teams.
- Hands-on experience with GTM and digital marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in creating campaign materials, including landing pages, webinar topics, content presentations, and email copywriting.
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments, especially with sales teams, to align strategies and ensure account progression
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and complex campaigns
- Highly data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly
The expected rate for this role is $60 - $75 per hour.
