What this job can offer you

We're seeking a dynamic marketing strategist to lead go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with our strategic Remote Embedded partners as a Partner Marketing Expert, Remote Embedded. This role sits at the intersection of innovation and growth, supporting partners who leverage Remote's powerful API to either embed our global employment capabilities directly into their platforms or create seamless data integrations for mutual customers.

As a Partner Marketing Expert, you'll architect and drive go-to-market success for Remote's expanding embedded partnership ecosystem. Working directly with partners, you'll craft and execute marketing strategies that accelerate adoption, drive revenue growth, and establish Remote as the premier embedded solution for global employment.

You'll be the driving force behind our Remote Embedded partner marketing program, creating the playbook for success and unlocking new revenue streams. This includes:

  • Creating compelling joint marketing campaigns
  • Building scalable partner enablement resources
  • Developing comprehensive marketing development fund (MDF) programs
  • Crafting strategic sales communications
  • Establishing best practices for partner go-to-market execution

Your expertise in developing and executing comprehensive GTM campaigns, coupled with your ability to work effectively with partner stakeholders, will be crucial in driving adoption of Remote Embedded across partners’ diverse audiences. What you bring

  • Strong experience in partner marketing, content creation, and go-to-market strategy and execution with a focus on clearly defined KPIs
  • Proven experience with API embedded integration partnerships
  • Superior writing and communication skills, deep customer empathy, and a knack for storytelling and presentation skills that can engage diverse audiences, from engineering leads to CEOs
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects with stakeholders inside and outside the organization
  • Strategy-, data-, and results-driven team player who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic, and async collaboration environment
  • Prior experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g. Outreach), partnership mapping (e.g. Reveal), and website management (e.g. Contentful) tools
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR and/or fintech industry strongly preferred
  • Writes and speaks fluent English, American English required
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Job Responsibilities

From planning, to launch, to post-launch, this role will be fully responsible for enabling and growing our Embedded partners’ revenue impact through marketing programs. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ideate, develop, launch, and optimize go-to-market and co-marketing promotions (webinars, content sharing, landing pages, email campaigns, event, and more) with our Remote Embedded partners’ marketing teams for impactful launches and ongoing revenue-driving success.
  • Design scalable go-to-market frameworks for Remote's embedded partnerships
  • Support partners in building joint value propositions positioning around Remote's capabilities that resonate with partners' target markets
  • Establish and own Remote's Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program for Embedded partners, including creating tiered funding structures and eligibility criteria aligned with partner revenue potential.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize partner marketing programs and demonstrate ROI
  • Create and maintain partner marketing playbooks and enablement resources to ensure consistent, scalable execution across the partner ecosystem
  • Build and manage a feedback loop between partners and internal teams to continuously improve marketing programs and partner satisfaction

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $71,150 USD to $142,300 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
