As a Partner Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind the strategic direction of our partnerships in AGICAP's DACH region. You will be responsible for managing our existing partnerships as well as training and coaching existing partners. You will benefit from direct cooperation with our CRO and our Head of Partnerships UK & DACH.

What you will do:

  • Be the first Partner Manager in the team to set up and implement a training concept. Creativity and independence are required
  • Train our partners online and offline so that they can better sell and implement Agicap
  • Find creative solutions to help partners solve their customers' cash management problems
  • Strengthen the cooperation with our partners such as management consultancies, banks, scale-ups and other companies in line with the sales target
  • Use the existing partner network and expand it into targeted long-term business relationships
  • Be a brand ambassador, present the Agicap tool in product demos and drive awareness of the Agicap Germany brand
  • Prepare events, webinars and trade fairs in collaboration with the marketing team

What we are looking for:

  • You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or economics
  • You have 2 years of relevant professional experience - ideally you have gained this in a dynamic environment such as scale-up, consulting or investment and have already had a lot of customer or partner contact
  • You have an interest in the SaaS environment and want to develop into a product champion with us
  • You are independent and confident in communicating with our partners and have a professional demeanor
  • You have a hands-on mentality, ambitious goals motivate you to find creative and goal-oriented ways to achieve them
  • You have a certain willingness to travel in order to coach our partners on site 
  • You speak German (C2+) and English (C1)

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?

Our interview process takes between 3 and 14 days and consists of
 - First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
 - A role play or case study with the respective department
 - Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
