Partner Manager

The Partner Manager reports to the Senior Director of Operations and is responsible for developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of partners; collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams for partner enablement; and for executing high-level initiatives to expand the partnership(s) in collaboration with our Partner Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority (up to C-Suite); and demonstrate attention to detail, responsiveness, problem-solving, and the ability to lead & manage through influence. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and grow FreedomPay’s relationship with assigned enterprise partners 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategies that enable partner success and improve the overall partner experience 
  • Work closely with the Partner Business Development team on strategy to increase platform consumption and grow revenue within your assigned partner portfolio 
  • Manage hardware forecasting activities of assigned partners 
  • Track key metrics to support ongoing partner management 
  • Maintain weekly cadence of executive reporting 
  • Drive resolution of partner escalations 
  • Contribute to the development of partnership strategies that align with the best interests of both FreedomPay and assigned partners. 
  • Keep partner updated with enhancements/new offerings with FreedomPay's product suite 

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Partner Management, Sales, Channel Sales, Customer Success, and/or Account Management position(s)   
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bias for action with the ability to do whatever it takes to ensure success  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication  
  • Ability to speak & present publicly, and in front of large groups  
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite executives  
  • Comfortable working in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM  
  • Experience in Payments, or adjacent industries, a plus  
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15%  
  • Ability to come into the office located in Philadelphia, PA once a week
