Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
Essential Job Duties
As a Partner Enablement Manager for Referral Partnerships on BambooHR’s Business Development team, you will fuel customer success and revenue growth through BambooHR referral partners. Our Referral team is growing rapidly, and you’ll be a part of a massive expansion!
You will:
- Develop and implement partner enablement, engagement and loyalty programs by partnering with Sales Enablement on training, certifications, sales tools, collateral, and other resources to enable partners to effectively sell BambooHR products.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the ideal partner profile by providing data and feedback from current potential partners.
- Build, revise, or enhance partner team onboarding and continuous enablement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partner enablement needs and develop tailored programs to address those needs, including sales training, technical training, product updates, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create and deliver engaging training content, both in-person and remotely, using a variety of formats, such as presentations, webinars, videos, and documentation, to effectively educate partners on our products, solutions, and best practices.
- Manage the partner onboarding process, including partner enablement plans, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of partner enablement programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product roadmap to ensure that partner enablement programs are aligned with business objectives and market demands.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and Sales Enablement to develop partner-focused marketing campaigns and collateral that support partner enablement efforts and drive partner engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 5-7 years in sales enablement with an understanding of partner enablement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training content to diverse audiences, both in-person and remotely.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Familiarity with technology products and solutions, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive program improvements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support partner events and trainings.
